Ludwig Menzel (Berlin/Germany) is a silversmith. He was trained at Zeichenakademie Hanau and worked for 10 years as a silversmith for Hermann Jünger in Munich. Since 1997 he has run his own studio in Berlin. He designs jewellery and small series of metal creatures – not only there, but also back again; see for instance his ‘Schmucktransformator’ project.
